ZÜCAs are completely washable and serviceable. Close all Velcro straps and hand wash your ZÜCA Sport insert bag in cold water with a mild detergent and air-dry.
From time to time, inspect the bolts on your ZÜCA . Much like a bicycle, things can eventually loosen up. See the FAQ page for more care tips and instructions on adjusting the wheel bearing nuts.
ZÜCA Inc. warrants that your ZÜCA product will be free of defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, skateboard contests, volcanoes or alteration. For additional information, or to report a warranty defect, please contact customer service. Please register your product on the ZÜCA Product Registration page to activate your warranty. Unless you purchased your product on the ZÜCA web site, don't forget to include your original purchase receipt with any warranty return.
In the unlikely event that a problem does arise with the materials or workmanship of a ZÜCA product within the warranty period, please Contact us so we may give you a return number, and repair center address. If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, we shall at no charge to you repair or replace the product at our discretion, and return the product to you. There is no charge for the inspection or the return postage. This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the warranty problem. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state, country to country, and various places around the galaxy and Universe.
